Q. Why are your prices higher than Sears, Walmart or other studios?

A. We don't make you buy prints and only choose from a few poses. We have been hired by you to do a service - capture photos. Each photo session comes with a complimentary disk of select images from our shoot. These disks generally cost $100 or more for 10 low res images that you can't print. Our disk includes a web and print version so you can get the prints done whenever and wherever you wish.

Q. Can you recommend a place to get prints?

A. The choice is yours as to where you get the prints made at. However, we do recommend choosing a lab that puts the same passion into printing that we do in capturing the photos. This means choosing a lab that prints for professionals (not your local store). You may also order prints with us. We only work with professional labs.

Q. How long does it take to get my pictures back?

A. This depends on the session. It generally takes a couple of weeks to digitally process all of the photos from our shoot.

Q. Why does it take a couple of weeks to get our photos back?

A. We go through each and every photo from the shoot. From there, we digitally process ALL of the photos that meet our strict standards. Unlike other labs that show you 5-6 poses and you choose from those, we are providing you with the best photos from each pose at each location.

Q. If we order prints wth you, how long does it take to get the prints back?

A. Prints generally take about a week to get back depending on the shipping method. If you need them rushed, we can.

Q. Can we get a coffee table book made?

A. The labs we work with offer many different products to choose from including coffee table books. These additional products provide unique ways to view and share your photos with friends and family that standard prints do not.
